1. Definitions

“Service” refers to all logistics coordination, quality assurance, workforce outsourcing, and related operational support provided by ZUGOOO through its website or communication channels.

“Client” refers to any individual or organization that submits an inquiry, engages with, or contracts services from ZUGOOO.

“Platform” refers to the ZUGOOO website and any web-based tools used to facilitate communication, inquiries, or service management.

ZUGOOO is an Egypt-based logistics and workforce outsourcing company that specializes in regional order fulfillment, product quality assurance, cross-border coordination, and manpower resourcing. We support businesses operating across Egypt, the UAE, and Saudi Arabia by acting as a reliable backend operations partner.

3. Job requests and registration procedure

To engage with ZUGOOO’s services, clients must submit an inquiry, request a quote, or enter into a formal service agreement. Scope of work is typically confirmed through written proposals, email correspondence, or signed documentation. Clients are responsible for providing accurate shipment details, service requirements, and access credentials (if applicable) in a timely manner.

In some cases, access to a web portal or digital tools may be provided to streamline communication. Clients agree to keep any login credentials secure and notify ZUGOOO promptly of any unauthorized access or suspicious activity.

4. Payment

Payment terms are defined based on the type and scope of service requested. Logistics coordination, quality assurance, and workforce outsourcing services are billed according to agreed quotations or service agreements, either per project or on a recurring basis.

To engage ZUGOOO services effectively, clients must provide accurate shipment or workforce requirements, along with any necessary access to documentation, warehouse locations, or operational contacts.

Certain services may require coordination with third-party logistics platforms or governmental systems. Clients are responsible for ensuring all data, certifications, and supporting documents are complete and compatible with regulatory and operational requirements.

6. Client’s rights and duties

Clients have the right to:

  • Receive logistics and workforce services as outlined in their service agreement or confirmed proposal
  • Request support or clarification regarding the execution of services
  • Terminate services with at least 1-month prior written notice, subject to the terms of their signed contract

Clients are obligated to:

  • Provide accurate shipment details, product data, or workforce requirements in a timely manner
  • Respond promptly to operational or documentation queries that may impact delivery timelines
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, including customs, employment, and export regulations
  • Share all required documentation, labeling instructions, or third-party contacts relevant to the service
  • ZUGOOO is not responsible for content creation, packaging specs, or government form submissions unless explicitly agreed upon
  • Delays due to missing data, incorrect information, or lack of access caused by the client are outside ZUGOOO’s responsibility

Requests beyond the agreed scope will require a separate quotation and written approval.

7. Liability

ZUGOOO is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including delays, customs rejections, missed delivery timelines, or commercial losses. ZUGOOO is not responsible for disruptions caused by third-party logistics providers, client-side errors, or missing documentation.

  • ZUGOOO does not assume responsibility for failures or delays caused by courier services, customs authorities, or cross-border carriers that are not under ZUGOOO’s direct control.
  • ZUGOOO does not guarantee service outcomes where critical shipment or labor details are delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate.
  • In cases where clients involve other third-party logistics, brokers, or agents, ZUGOOO is not responsible for errors introduced by those parties.

This clause applies only to services directly managed and executed by ZUGOOO:
By default, ZUGOOO does not include any branding or promotional elements in client shipments or documentation. Any co-branded materials, if required, must be explicitly agreed upon in writing and may incur additional service fees.

8. Agreement for providing access to the Site and Services

Access to ZUGOOO services is granted following formal agreement and onboarding. ZUGOOO reserves the right to suspend or terminate services at any time in cases of non-payment, policy violations, or security concerns. Clients may not resell, sublicense, or transfer ZUGOOO’s services or coordination rights to third parties without prior written consent.

9. Warranty claims

ZUGOOO provides its logistics and workforce services on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While we are committed to operational accuracy and timeliness, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service or issue-free coordination, especially where external parties or cross-border factors are involved.

Clients must report any service issues or discrepancies within 14 days of fulfillment or workforce deployment. Any service guarantees, if applicable, will be defined in the client’s service agreement or scope of work.

10. Intellectual Property

All operational methodologies, training materials, process documentation, and service frameworks developed by ZUGOOO remain the intellectual property of ZUGOOO unless explicitly transferred in writing.

Clients retain ownership of their proprietary content, brand assets, and materials provided for operational use. You agree not to replicate, distribute, or commercially exploit ZUGOOO’s systems, documentation, or procedures without prior written consent.

11. Personal Data Protection and Privacy Policy

ZUGOOO collects and processes personal data in accordance with Egyptian law and our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection, processing, and secure storage of your data, including the use of third-party cloud infrastructure when operationally necessary.

We do not sell personal data. Information is only shared with trusted partners and service providers strictly for the purpose of fulfilling logistics or workforce outsourcing operations.

12. Amendments and Modifications

ZUGOOO may update these Terms of Use at any time. All changes will be published on our website and become effective immediately upon posting. In cases of significant updates, we may also notify clients via email. Continued use of ZUGOOO’s services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

13. Final Provisions

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cairo, Egypt. If any provision is deemed unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain valid and enforceable.
